We process your data if you contact us via the contact form on our website https://www.skozar.com (“website”). We also process your data if you contact us by phone or email.

We process data such as your personal name, surname, legal entity information, e-mail address and telephone number. In the case of the contact form, it is obligatory to state the name and e-mail address.

We process the data on the basis of a legitimate interest in order to provide you with the required information and explanations and agree with you on the provision of our services and in certain cases in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Processing of personal data when you subscribe to receive useful content

If you wish, you can subscribe to useful content on the website with answers to legal and tax questions and challenges, which we will send you from time to time.

For the purposes of sending useful content, we will process your name and e-mail address on the basis of your consent, which you will actively give by subscribing to receive useful content. On the basis of our legitimate interest to customize the content to suit your interests, we will also process data on the response to our e-mails (whether the message was opened, which links you clicked on, etc.).

The data you provide when you subscribe to useful content and data on the response to our e-mails are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest by UAB ‘MailerLite’, based in Lithuania, in order to enable us to assess what content would be useful to you and send it to you via email.. UAB “MailerLite” acts as our processor and processes data only for the purposes of performing its service. It can also work with its sub-processors outside the EU Member States and transfer data to those countries if they are third countries with an appropriate level of data protection or provided that the transfer is in accordance with standard contractual clauses.
